CSST provides four training groups. Each training group has specific age and ability requirements. Swimmers who are interested in joining CSST are invited to try out for two free practices.

• Silver Team: an introduction to competitive swimming for children 6 years and up.
• Gold Team: for serious swimmers between 8 to 14 years old
• Senior Team: for committed swimmers 12 years and older
• Masters Team: for adult swimmers and triathletes

• Discount programs for qualified swimmers and families.
• Annual fundraising event for swimmers in the Gold and Senior teams.
