The Senior Team is for committed swimmers 12 years and older. Swimmers in this group strive to achieve excellence in swimming and develop well rounded athleticism. There are 6 to 8 practices a week. Each evening practice session is 2-2½ hours in length, while morning practices are 1½ hours in length. The most advanced swimmers are expected to swim at least 6 practices a week. All Senior Team swimmers must swim a minimum of 5 practices a week.
Training Focus
The focus for our Senior Team swimmers is on stroke technique, dry-land conditioning, film analysis, and 5,000 - 7,000 meter training sessions.
Cost
There is an annual $200 registration fee for the Senior Team swimmers. The registration fee is due on September, or when the swimmer joins CSST. The swimmers are billed monthly for $125 from September to July. In order to keep our monthly fees low, we also encourage our Senior Team families to participate in our annual fundraising event.
We offer discounts to families with three or more swimmers and other qualified swimmers.
