Make-up Policy

CSST SwimAmerica Make-up Lessons will be scheduled ONLY in the case of a class cancellation due to inclement weather or unforseen technical problems at the lesson location. The decision to cancel classes will be that of the SwimAmerica Director and a make-up date and time will be set according to pool availability. We will contact parents/guardians by email (or phone should an email address not be provided to us) prior to the lesson time.

Refunds

CSST does NOT issue refunds. Credits for use in future SwimAmerica sessions may be issued at the Program Directors discretion.
