Gold Team Head Coach

Kate started coaching with CSST in 2001. Kate brings her excellent coaching skills to CSST from Indiana. She grew up swimming for the Fox Chapel Killer Whales in Pittsburgh, PA. Kate graduated from Indiana University with her B.S. in Physical Education/ Minor Health and M.S. in School Health Education. During her tenure at Indiana, she helped to start the water polo club that turned varsity in 1997. Kate played 5 years for Indiana and had many recognitions including All-American status. Kate currently is the Physical Education teacher at Gold Camp Elementary. She is also very active as the Co-Head Age Group Coach for Colorado Swimming (CSI) and Secretary of the Pikes Peak Swim League (PPSL). In Kate’s spare time she enjoys skiing, swimming CSST Masters, biking and tennis.
